Wesley Hill

Biography

Wesley was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2007 and was subsequently admitted to the High Court of Australia. Wesley practices primarily in the general areas of corporate, commercial and trust law and estate planning with his special interest areas being corporate governance, banking and insurance regulatory matters, family trusts and SMSFs. He is currently completing a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance.

Wesley has worked primarily in private practice although has worked as in-house counsel for a number of organisations. Additionally, he worked on a gas pipeline project for a listed company for three years concentrating mainly on the land acquisition, compensation and environmental approval issues associated with the project.

Wesley is a retired rugby player having played in Brisbane and in western New South Wales. He enjoys motorcycling and watching motorcycle racing and is great fan of Ducati motorcycles. For exercise, he cycles about 150 km each week.
